To the dickhead who commented it’s about taking care of NZers do you know the government is gonna let 1500 refugees in (last year was 1000) They only care about votes they don’t think in a long term and there has been no imported case brought by Chinese I don’t know why you’ve already scared to death these international students contribute so much for this country it’s not your call to ask them to leave you have no voice whether or not NZ let international students depends on whether they finish the election and if the process is safe for both sides I think you should mind your own business and try to be a good person by not commenting in English here because you think these International students’ parents don’t understand it shame for you

it is not an issue of who has a greater chance of bringing in the COVID virus but a common sense of looking after NZs own people so if you are not happy with this universal policy then plz leave

留学生没这么多在国内了吧，第三国可以走的时候整个机场基本都是亚洲的。现在很多中介还有办法“特殊”办过来的。剩下的今年不来的你以为以后还会来么...

Totally support NZ government decision to close the boarder to all overseas students As a small country NZ simply does not have the capability to control and test a large amount of international students and kiwis returning home at the same time Any one entering the country is a possible risk to public health If you dont want to see second wave of outbreak just keep the boarder closed

5楼海燕 ！不管你是中介还是生家长 以你为代表的这类人怎么这么自私可笑 只看自己利益！ 你损失了费用 心有不甘 一天到晚叫嚷着给你们豁免 还不如召集跟你一样情况的人联合跟校方协商退款或部分退款来的实际。第一 学校也只是把你们当摇钱树 如果不是关乎到他们切身利益 你觉得他们会希望你们回来么？第二 若然第二次爆发 批准你的小孩或者你的客户回来了 困在这里 像滞留在美国学生那样， 你们就后悔不已。塞翁失马 焉知非福， 你们现在回不来， 或许在将来会庆幸政府今天把你们拒之门外。 最后， 不要以为自己为新西兰经济贡献了一点， 就自以为是。 这个世界没有了谁 都一样转。

未来四年留学生也不可能回的来的，四年之内边境不可能开放，大家都做好至少四年闭关锁国的准备吧。
